Nando’s Sandton City sucks big time!!!!!!!
Had the most utterly disappointing customer service,waited almost 30 mins to be seated,when my family eventually got seated the waiter came to take our order.After she was done,we waited an additional 30 mins to get our food.The sad reality is that when we got our food,the chicken was raw & plus the food was cold.I think Pedro’s stands out above Nando’s,they look after their clients & will never give us such **** customer service

28 Oct 2025, 15:36I’ve received numerous emails from Nando’s customer service with ref no CAS-643950-R4C2R1 but I’ve still not received any call.This clearly shows what Nando’s thinks of its clients,I think as a loyal diner I need to bounce.I even went to visit the Sandton City branch over the past weekend & the manager on duty was unfriendly & clueless at the same time…BAD BAD BAD SERVICE NANDO’S😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
