Nandos Sandton city

Nando's service has gone from top class to beyond kasi restaurant service. The place isn't as welcoming like before, they've lost touch. I asked for cold water, the waiter did not come back. I requested the rice to be mild, it was hot and very little. We eat with staff, staff is literally eating and looking at us in the eyes, staff is playing music on their phone, like I'm literally in the nandos canteen. It's happening here😅Yooh, I don't believe this, after I went through drama with nandos the past few years, my wife thought we should pop in. She also realized everything I've said about Nando's. This is sad, I used to like Nando's but chicken licken and steers stand out. I don't understand what's Nando's value proposition, but they should look into it.
