Nando's Sandton

I’m so appalled with the service at Nando’s Sandton City, I ordered a meal on Wednesday and requested extra sauce on it. When the meal came to me it was completely dry, I called to query and was met with a sarcastic response from one the people who work there, she was rude. It's Friday today and I’ve ordered again and I’m sitting here two hours later and my order has not arrive, when I called to inquire about this an hour ago I was told my order had just left but they were clearly lying because I work literally next to Sandton City. So tell me, is this how Nando’s treat customers when they complain? I will never recommend anyone to order from Nando’s Sandton City the service is appalling and I'm extremely disappointed!!!
