Nandos Sandown bad experience

Hello, I ordered 2 quarter chickens with sides(chips) on Mr D Delivery from Nandos in Sandown Crossing. Upon delivery we got 2 burnt quarter chickens with no sides. We tried to call them and we received no proper assistance but a response that we should get our own driver to pick up the sides and its not their problem but Mr D’s. This absolutely unacceptable for such a large company that claims to care for their customers. Below will the order details attached. I expect this matter to be resolved before close of business on Monday(20 September 2021).
