Nandos Sam Ntuli mall Frauf

Nandos refused to refund my money after charging me twice for a meal of R260. They've been sending me to banks but nothing has happened. It's been 3 days now pleading with them for my refund. This is Nandos at Sam Ntuli mall. Their service is just terrible
