Nando's ****s

The Nando's in Mitchells Plain-Promenade Mall is a harbour for shop lifters, this includes the staff that work there. Yesterday(5/5/2024) my sister was pickpocketed there, the culprits were standing at the counter talking to these ladies that work there. When she was standing in a queue she was instructed by those ladies to stand on this queue and not where she was standing. The cashier of Nandos didn't say anything she just kept quiet. When she reported the incident the manager didn't want to show them footage and the mall's security asked the Nando's personnel why didn't they inform them but decided to stall with this matter. It's a shame that we go to Nandos to go eat but we get ****** in the shop by the staff and their ******** friends.
