Nando’s Rustenburg Mall

Staff at Nandos Rustenburg mall are the worst when it comes to service, I went to Nandos Rustenburg mall Monday the 24th of January 2022, it was during the day around 1 or 2, I went there with my baby in the stroller , when I got there I was welcomed by some slim gentle man not tall as well, I asked him if there’s any available table for seating, he said no, while busy talking to him he saw that there are clients who were leaving, instead of that guy reserving that table for me he expected me to run to that table while it still had leftovers for the previous clients and not sanitized as well, well the other clients took the table and that guy continued standing there at the door like there’s nothing wrong, I then spotted another client who was leaving, I then told myself that I don’t have a choice but to go reserve that table for myself even though it still had the previous client tray and not sanitized as well, I realized that in order for you to get a table in that Nandoss you must make a plan for yourself, after a while some waitress took the tray on that table, without greeting or checking if I’ve been assisted, she’s light in complexion and most of them had no name tags, after some few minutes I had to risk leaving my baby in the stroller next to the table to go to the counter and order just so someone can see that the table is occupied,my partner then joined me shortly after that, that rude waitress came again without greeting and put the food on the table and left, we then asked for doggy bag, the waitress who’m we asked(dark in complexion not tall and a bit thick in body)responded to us like we’re bothering her, she came after some few minutes with paper bags and told us she’ll bring the container for the salad , she never came back, we then asked another waitress to bring us the container, she also responded like we also bothering her(the light in complexion the rude one ), she’s the one who was serving food on tables since I got there. The attitude in that staff, it’s like they are forced to work in that restaurant, I don’t know if it’s because most of the people who buy in that mall are people from townships or what but wow their service is a big no for me shame and I’m not the only one who experience such experience.
