Nandos Rude manager

On Sunday afternoon, I went to musina Nandos. As we are were four people waiting for our order, had a dischem plastic with my chronic medication n a script that I use monthly to collect my medication in that plastic, I forgot the plastic n left the shop and when I returned the plastic was not there , I asked the ladies who work there n they told me, there was a lady who forgot her eggs n they didn’t see the dischem bag, they left me standings there unattended, I left the store then came back again I asked if I could see the camera then the manager told me that he can’t allow me to view the camera because it is against the policy of the company n that a lot of people forget their things n they get them, I begged him n told him is my chronic medication in the plastic and i cannot go without it, he told me he won’t assist me unless I have a case number, All I want was to see who took it because I knew the people who I was sitting with, he even told me that even if, I were to write n email, I won’t get any assistance.he was rude and disrespectful, I don’t understand why Nandos will hire such egotistical person, who doesn’t care of the health of customers but his own ego. He has not people skills or whatsoever. *********!!
