Nandos Rosmead worse service ever

I was at the Nandos in Rosmead on 7 May for a pre mothers day supper. I was utterly disgusted with the service and i will never recommend this branch to anyone. I waited a full hour for our food . When i asked where the food was i was greeted with the worse attitude by the girl name Latisa. waited 10 min for someone to clean the table(when she did,she did it halfway). eventually when the food came, we had to wait another 5 min for plates and when i asked for it,she ignored me as i was standing next to her. then eventually brought it. waited another 10min for glasses and other customers were literally helping themselves to ice. ive never seen a self service nandos. when i asked whats her name ,she pointed to her badge and said her name is ''Trainee''. such professionalism!! this is the worst customer service i have ever received. the manager was not even helpful in resolving the issue after i went to her. i want my money back for this pathetic excuse for customer service. she ruined my mothers day supper and thats not on to be spending so much on food and not get whats expected. even the sharing wedges they gave was like a half portion. i asked for the email address,and all the manager wrote on my slip was ''kenilworth''
