Nando's Rosemead the worst branch in cpt.

Good Day, Where do I start..... I rock up at nandos Rosemead yesterday afternoon about 4pm...place two orders for myself and my girlfriend... I get to my table... Sitting and waiting from 4pm...untill 5:05pm for my food. What the hell is going on with this waiting period of over an hour for 2 meals.??? The food comes and it's cold... The chicken look like it was placed in a microwave to cook... I ask to see the manager... Nobody comes to my table to hear my complaint. So what kind of service are you guys giving clients not managing expectation of waiting period of time frame in which food is expected to be ready... And then on top of this the manager doesn't come to hear what u have to say or listen to my complaint. I am truly disgusted and the level of service and food quality and waiting time that I have experienced at nandos Rosemead. I will never visit again. You can never be this way towards a paying customer. If I had an option to give no rating or a negative 5 rating I would. Your service is pathetic and your management needs to be given proper training on how to treat customers and not ignore the request the client has to log a complaint.
