NANDOS ROSEBANK: SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

I placed an order with nandos rosebank over the phone over 2 hours ago, still have not received my order. I phoned on 4 separate occasions only to be transferred to the store, who then hangs up. I order from this store on a daily basis as i work in a hair salon and customers order lunch all the time. Without fail i am disappointed everyday. my order comes with missing items, drivers never have change and my order takes 2-3 hours. CONSTANTLY COMPLAINING TO THE STORE YET RECEIVE THE SAME SERVICE, IF NOT WORSE!
