Nandos Rosebank & Mr D

So I’m always ordering with the Mr D App and maybe once or two had a situation like this before which I let slide because I’m really not someone to go crazy about. However Saturday evening I ordered From Nandos Rosebank and when I got my food I was totally disgusted by how I received it I paid for my meal and it was incomplete but it also looking like someone sat on it the burger was smashed and laying half out of the burger box I received no fries with my meal for that and the rice was half way with only two pieces of chicken strips in it with no sauce it was pretty late and I was hungry coming home from work I couldn’t eat it because it looked revolting and I wouldn’t even give it to my dog. Then I called up Mr D and I spoke to one of the ladies there and she wasn’t even helpful just told me to email them pictures of my meal and that was it. I then called them again and spoke to a Zayyaan she was helpful however I feel like a coupon for R65 is absolutely ******* and unacceptable.

I called up Nandos Rosebank as well and I’m pretty disgusted about the attitude that was given to me I complained about the order not being complete and she’s busy shouting me over the phone which I did not appreciate. I mean I paid for my meal and I am someone who never complains about anything because I to work in a food industry and I know how hectic it can be but I mean giving me a coupon for R65 is just not on.
