Nando's Rosebank Horrible order

I ordered a hotpot and Spicy rice at Nando's Rosebank while at work, extrahot and I also requested extra hot sauce in addition. I just received my order and the hotpot is extremely salty, which makes it very hard to eat. Additionally, its not hot at all, and there isn't extra hot sauce. I regret ordering all together, especially because of how salty it is.
