If i can give Nando's no star that would also suite them because they feel nothing for their customers. And i am tired to hear the same story over and over. In the last two month we have visited the store few times and really just got gatvol on the 26th July 2022 once again we went to nando's and i ONLY eat the boujee bowl the chicken one that has avo on it. What a disappointment once again the avo was rock hard and previous time the avo was frozen yes frozen. Today marks 9 days after my complaint and yet i have to hear "Our team is in the process of following up and get back to you" sorry bull******x because i feel is the store manager/owner cared he would have sorted out this problem same day complained came in but no why will he. Hope every nando's will close their doors. Poor quality of food that we have to pay for our hard earned money.
