Nandos Rondebosch

A few months back I was at this Nandos branch and had a terrible experience. There was a problem with the plant based meal. The chicken alternative was rock hard and dry.I was told that someone had extremely overcooked it even looked different.

This evening I thought I would give them another chance. I ordered two of two pitas and instead got two wraps. I don't understand what's happening at this branch. I do my due diligence to ensure my order is clearly articulated.
