Nandos Rivonia- hotpot rice order ***

We have ordered 2 hotpot rice today at 13:00. around 14:15 we decided to follow up since we were still waiting for the order. The lady who answered the call was very rude and told us there are no drivers. we kept calling back and they did not answer. The food arrived at 14:49 and the rice was not well cooked and the meat was Burnt. I am very dissapointed by this. first time ordering at nandos Rivonia and the experience was very bad
