Nando's Rivionia incorrect order and unwilling to take responsibilty.

I ordered a burger from Nando's Rivonia and when I got home there was no patty on the burger. I phoned back to complain and the manager told me he checked the cameras and there was a patty placed on the burger and that there is nothing they will do further. I still haven't received my patty which I paid for and they don't want to deal with me anymore. Poor service and this is not the first time. Save yourself the headache and go to KFC rather.
