Nando,s really dropped the ball on this one...

We decided to take advantage of the R199 full chicken deal earlier this week on 3/04/24. The deal comprised of x1 full chicken with sharing chips, it seemed like a great deal so I ordered via the app (collection) for supper that evening.

I collected the order, arrived home just in time for supper, I prepared myself for an amazing meal since Nando's is one of our favorites since it never disappoints in terms of flavour.

Long story short, the cheicken was completely devoid of flavour or sauce, even though I ordered Mozambique paprika (with extra sauce) which is always a winner. Even the chips seemed sub par and lacked flavour, which is normally not the case for Nando's.

Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in this particular order from Nando's Plumstead, they normally whack every order out of the park.

Hopefully this review will trigger them to tighten up their game, since this was completely out of the ordinary for Nando's.
