Nando’s Raw and unsafe food

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Takeaways

The issue that I have experienced was: Hi. I was in Lenasia doing our grocery shopping at the and on my way home my children said they hungry feeling for so Nando’s... so I went there to order them foods...biggest mistake I made was to order for takeaway instead of eating in..but my dad needed his car...I came home and the first thing I did was dish for the kid as in was a long drive driving from Lenasia to Lenasia south..I open the food to find chicken that is cooked like steak medium to rare...(Raw inside)..I had to fry something quick for my hungry family..

It occurred on: 29/08/2020

This meant that I made my family wait to eat so long as we don’t eat luxuries often..plus I spent R400 ok my hard earn salary...it was so heartsore

I want a full refund and maybe a meal voucher that I can use at another Nando’s

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.
