Nandos Queensburgh poor service and Aiden the manager rude!

I ordered curbside collection at the Queensburgh store and received a message that my order would be ready at 17:25 I arrived at 17:20 and waited at the curbside collection parking in full view of the cashiers and the manager Aiden walked past me and never bothered to bring my order to my vehicle eventhough my registration number make and colour of my vehicle was noted on their app. 20mins later I left Nandos and went to KFC instead. No call from this store since to find out why I never collected. I called the store and spoke to the manager Aidan who is rude. I believe that his brother in law is the franchisee maybe that's why he talks at the same time a customer is talking blatantly rude, will never support that store again!
