Nandos probably wont even try to be better

I ordered my nando's meal at approximately 17:30 via the app. I recieved an order number via sms to confirm my order and was told it would be delivered at 18:20. I phoned twice to query and on the second time I was told the driver accidentally gave my order to someone else. It is now 19:30 and I still have not recieved anything but have been told they will deliver it soon. Very dissatisfied.
