Nandos Potchefstroom is terrible

Nandos should close down the Potchefstroom franchise as this is going to ruin their reputation. Nandos is known for their excellent and relatively healthy food and I have been to countless stores (in SA and the UK) and I have always enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the Potchefstroom store is horrific. This review is not based on one experience but a whole bunch of disappointments over the last three years. My latest experience today involved completely undercooked and ****** chicken livers (ordered well done) and bland chicken with the only flavour being that is tastes a bit off.

There is clearly no management oversight, consistency or quality control. The store is generally always dirty which makes me wonder about food safety practices.

Food is vile.

In my mind, Potchefstroom does not actually have a Nandos (this place is not the same as other stores). I will never buy there again.
