Nando's - Potchefstroom branch (located on the N12) has poor service levels

Nando's Potchefstroom is a disaster. It took me just under an hour to get my order. Unfortunately, once you are in the drive through, you are stuck there until your order is complete. For me, the service failed at all levels. When I drove in, I almost thought that the order system wasn't working. Eventually, a person then spoke and took my order. At that point, 4 cars had just arrived behind me to also place an order.

Then I was told that I had to wait minimum of 15 minutes before the chicken is ready. Unfortunately, I could not opt out as I was right in the middle of a queue of cars.

After sometime, then I get to pay and I am expecting now to get my order....only to be told to wait at the parking, meaning more waiting. Definitely the last time I go to this store...
