Nando's poor service

I visited the Vincent branch on Friday 27 August after placing an online order. I was meant to collect my food at 17h50, but waited more than 40 minutes for my order and only received my food after 18h30. When I got home, two of the quarter chicken portions were burnt and dry. The food was very unappetizing. I completed the survey as per the instructions on the til slip. I complained on their Facebook page and was told someone would contact me. I'm still awaiting feedback
