Nandos poor service

I order food from Nandos Sandton at 12:30 , order # 9020, 2hours 30 minutes later it still hasn't arrived. Nandos charges an inflated food price plus a delivery fee. This is not acceptable. If you call complaints they do nothing about this. This is a recurring problem. The management problem coupled with a logistic issue.
