Nando;s Poor Service
I placed an order with the call centre, order number ***. It was for a vegetarian burger. However, the call centre sent the order for a chicken burger. I spoke to the Columbine store 3 times to correct. No assistance received from the store. 2 Hours later i am supposed to get a refund as agreed with the customer care. Still waiting. The service level at the call centre is extremely poor.
