Nandos Poor Quality food

Nandos Chilli Lane has to be the worst Chicken outlet. They constantly serve poor quality food and this I believe is purely down to Nandos lack of care of customer service. Franchisees I cutting corners to save on cost but we the customers have to suffer. Recently bought a pita mild and I all received was a pita bread with chicken strips.
