Nandos Polokwane CBD

I would like to start by thanking the complaints team for their attempt to assist me. I believe the manager at Nandos Polokwane CBD did not find my complaint relevant and didn't bother to follow up!

An order was placed on my behalf (order 9152) on 14.09.2024. Upon collection I was shocked to see the cashier remove all sauces from my order. I asked her why and she said that " peri chips does not go with sauce" and gave me my order. The manner in which is was done was very unprofessional. She was not friendly at all and I chose to walk away. Question is should I now pay for a sachet of tomato/peri sauce?

I confirmed with complaints and they advised that it is not true. I was supposed to get a call from the store but I guess they don't see the relevance of my complaint.
