Nando's Plattekloof constant missed items

I have bought nando's 3 times from Plattekloof. The first time they didn't bring our wedges. We waited an hour for it and didn't end up eating it because it was too late. The second time I paid for cheese on my burger and never got it. Both times the manager told me they would replace my meal. The first time I left it. The second time we got to the store after asking the manager what time they close only for them to say they were closed. Now is the third time and there is only ice in my milkshake and tastes like water. Really disappointing. I don't want to speak to the store manager again. I want to speak to the regional manager or owner.
