Nandos Phoenix Plaza- Illiterate to Online Orders

Nandos Phoenix Plaza- Service is terrible. I mainly use the online app, but really if yourlls staff is not trained to read and deliver then why even offer a service like that. Management at the store is good for nothing. All talk and no action. I have had three bad experiences with Nandos Phoenix...first order arrived without the cooldrink. When i complained, the manager said the cooldrink will reach 30min later because the driver had other runs to fulfill. So i ate my food with no drinks. second order , i ordered chips but when i received my order, there was wedges in the packet. Still i gave Nandos a chance. Last night i ordered again , received no sauce, no cutlery, i requested for no olives in the salad but yet again i received a salad with olives. Why do youll offer all these things when your staff is not trained to handle this. I called and spoke to the manager who kept placing my call on hold whilst she spoke to a senior, why couldn the senior speak to me directly. They offered to send me another meal and keep the meal we received in a packet. by the time we had already eaten from it. Manager and senior manager employed for ****** all. We are not paying small money for our food so we expect good service and a good meal. Nandos should stop investing in humorous adverti*****ts and focus on customer care and good food.
