Nandos Pavillion Sucks !!!!!!! Please get better management !!!!!!

Good Day, we visited your Nandos Pavillion outlet yesterday around 19.20. Firstly we had to wait for jonks just to place an order and store was not busy at all. At the till point we were advised that there were no rolls or wedges. Managed to place an order at 19.35. There was literally 2 people before us in the queue.

We move to our seats and proceed to wait for our order. I have dined at Nandos regularly and have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for our food. It is fast food outlet after all. We spoke to the waiter twice, who mentioned they were prepping the order. At a later stage he came back and said only 2 items were ready. We asked for the manager. By now we had already been waiting for half an hour. The name of the manager on duty was Hlengiwe. She informed us that the store was closing at 9 and due to this they had a shortage of chicken and there was a half an hour wait. Bear in mind that we were there from 19.20. More than 1.5 hours before close. We were never advised that there would be a half an hour wait for chicken. We were only told that they were out of wedges. The manager Hlengiwe kept speaking above us and listening to our concerns. After speaking to us she didnt even bother going to check on the order. Your team continued to drag their feet and our meal was eventually served to us by about 20.15. There was absolutely no sense of urgency even after we enquired 3 times. Poor management, inadequate stock, lack of customer care. How does an outlet like Nandos run out of rolls and wedges in the middle of December? I need to know that this issue was addressed with the relevant parties and I would like to receive feedback on how the situation has been remedied.
