Nandos pathetic service delivery

Placed an order through the Nandos call center at around 15:50 today, receive an sms at around 15:57 with and order number and showing that delivery will be around 16:45 at around 17:30 called the branch to find out about my order. They advised order left the store 15mins ago and they gave me the drivers number. Called the driver and he said he will be here in 15mins. After 30mins tried calling both the branch and driver and still no answer. Worst service I have ever received in my life. I will never recommend or eat at this Nandos ever again.
