Nando's pathetic service

I ordered a full chicken meal requested extra sauce when order was received the chicken had no sauce and was dry,called the store they told me I didn't request for extra sauce,I again checked my order that was placed and I had requested for extra sauce that's when my fiance called them back.They said they will resend another full chicken

Second order received was extra hot and I requested for hot and chicken was burnt.

Coleslaw was terrible did not even have enough mayonnaise

Nando's is pathetic
