Nandos Pathetic Service

My order was clear and precise for my requirement of extra sauce. In fact the package delivered had a special request sticker on the brown packet and my invoice has extra sauce indicated, so why was my order incorrect?? No extra sauce...<br> I am frustrated for two reasons:<br> 1) Such a simple requirement was not met.<br> 2) This is my second consecutive order that Nando's Norwood has failed to deliver on over the same request. <br> <br> To be honest this is just pathetic service! This is a direct result of Nando's not performing any quality check before the order was sent out - poor service delivery and poor management by Nando's. <br> <br> I called in and got Floyd the manager. Being very frustrated I vented. I then understood why Nando's has a poor service delivery reputation. Floyd is no manager. Being a regular customer with orders greater than R150, he refused to assist with no plan of action and hung up the phone. Clearly he does not understand the repercussions of his ignorance. <br> THIS HURTS THE NANDOS FRANCHISE REPUTATION AND IMAGE. So why would Nando's allow this to happen by having an *********** person like Floyd being the face of its branch? Nando's has now lost a loyal customer.
