Nandos Parktown's response time for deliveries

When ever an order for delivery from Nandos Parktown is placed, one should brace themselves to waaaaaait and waaaaait and waaaaaaait. I have learned that to actually get through, one should place an order prior to the lunch hour, else getting through is a nightmare, seems as if there is only one line in use? they will tell you the usual "you will receive your order after 45 mins" I am writing this having waited for over an hour for my order
