Nandos Parktown not so hot

The Parktown branch of Nando’s is the absolute worst store in Johannesburg. I have had to order from them several times and each time is worse than the other. They’ve even gone as far as to deliver the wrong order and then blame it on the driver. Their most recent one was me ordering a meal at 11:30 and having to call them over and over again until 13:30 (the app said I’d receive my order by 12:20) only for them to insist that I received the order. I told them I had not and want a refund, they are refusing and asking me to prove I didn’t receive it. I’ve asked them to prove that I did. It’s a terribly unpleasant back and forth with the most obnoxious person and I am disgusted that this is the leave of service they offer.
