Nandos Parktown lands me back here again with poor service delivery
<p>On the 5th of May, I lodged a complaint against Nandos Parktown's service delivery; it is the 27th of the very same month and I am back here again because I gave them the benefit of the doubt </p> <p> </p> <p>At 11:54 I placed an order for delivery and got a notification that it will be delivered at around 12:54. It is now 14:12, way past my lunch time, 2 hours later and still no Nandos delivery. I called twice to follow up on the order and no one has had the courtesy to get back to me. I truely am dissapointed in their service as other branches are always on top of their game</p>
There’s more to Nando’s than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that’s a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
