Nandos Ottery. PLEASE DONT EVER GO THERE!

Hi all.

I was just at Nandos ottery now, my wife and I went to have lunch there.

Let me just start off buy saying.... that was literally the worst experience ever. The waitress was extremely rude and has no inter personal skills. My wife just checked something on the garlic roll and then she lost her mind and then gave us a ton of attitude and aggression.

As a customer, a paying customer.... I feel this is not acceptable. After her fit of rage and aggression she decides to speak to us in a condescending tone as if she was doing us a favor. Then she goes to the rest of the staff and goes and tells them about her little argument.

Nandos is my favorite food, and I love their food.... but that was totally uncalled for. The food is not cheap, and I really have to make a conscious decision to eat there because of the cost involved. I have taken a foto of the waitress as well.

My experience today was not a nice 1, and I advise anybody to go and spend their hard earned money elsewhere. Go to kfc rather, at least they are alot more friendly and accommodating over there. Safe to say I will never go eat there ever again...... Oh and by the way, the food tasted terrible as well.
