Nando’s Ottery hideous customer services

Nando’s In Ottery is sickening . Honestly i go back every time think that their services has changed. So last night I get to Nando’s Ottery this worker sees we coming on she locks the door and this is only at 19:15pm, anyways get to door and stand there, the workers are looking at me but does not open the door eventually my fiancé knocks and ask them *** . They then decide to tell us we must use the back entrance. Maybe if there were signs we would’ve know but you don’t lock the door when you see your customers are coming.

I’ve ordered through the call center right, standing in the line at call and collect. This guy help the lady in front me she moves gets some of her stuff etc. I’m standing and standing at the call and collect it’s about 19:25 now. Once again all these workers packing or whatever they are doing looks at me but not a single person acknowledges me. Until I had to say excuse me, to this guy- he looks at me and I tell you see me standing here right . And he tells me I’m busy packing a order but he’s busy at the back throwing chips in. So I asked him why is it called call and collect . He gives me a hellava attitude bare in mind my foods done already he throws my food on the table and tells me the price . The food was utterly disgusting bcs it’s cold. I was told to fetch my order at 19:15 I was there but had to stand longer . I asked for extra sauce with my chicken nothing. Rubbery wedges and a burger that was thrown together.

Utterly disgusted. They need to change there customer service s****s honestly. I’m not sure if it’s based on who they like they serve them better . Cs I constantly get disappointed when I go there.
