Nandos orders customer service sucks

I actually give these people no stars, my work places an order for nandos lunch so i do not get my order and the rest do. But i was charged for the order. My driver goes back to get the order and the refuse to send it as the order was packed according to them. They refuse to help get this sorted so im sitting with a bill thats paid but no order.. i will not be buying from Nandos again. They are the worst i have come across.
