NANDOS online order TERIIBLE!!!

I placed an order on the app from the Gardens store in CPT that is 3km away from where i am. The order said 45 min for deleivery. I CALLED call centre as my app wasnt updating to find out where is my order. They got driver to call me who was so rude said that his busy and he has other orders and he will be 10min still.

10 min later i called him he shouted at me said" I TOLD YOU I WILL BE 10 MIN) i explained to him 10min is up and when i asked where he is he ws just shouting and i put down the phone.

1 hr for a simple strips and rice and such bad attitude and rudeness! I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN
