Nando's not what it used to be- so disappointed

I had the displeasure of purchasing from Nando's in Pietermaritzburg Northway Mall on Monday night after years of not buying from Nando's but was so tempted to indulge in a old favourite. I was so extremely disappointed at the level of quality in the food. My order was the chicken spicy rice which is my wife's favourite and a chicken burger meal. My wife said her chicken was like rubber and I thought she was exaggerating until I bit into mine and I could hardly chew it. It was worse than rubber. The roll wasn't even a delicious Portuguese roll like I remembered. I was very disappointed to say the least.
