Nandos... Not what it use to be!!!!!!

It's been a while and I was really looking forward to eating Nandos so place I placed an order on Thursday 26/08 40 minutes before I could get there.. Selected option 2 so I could order through the store. I then get there only to realise that my order had 2 items missing which meant I not had to wait another 10-15 min, This would have been okay for me with no complaints had my meals been okay.. Get home and there 1 butter for a meal with roll however I purchased 4 separate rolls which never came with butter neither was any offered, The chicken was dry not a drop of sauce and do u guys still pack sauce sachets because not a single of sachet of anything.. No sauce and no sal***** really sad as the meal was really expensive however long overdue as we usually eat at Pedros but dissapointing
