Nando's not so mnandi!!!!

I sent my husband to buy dinner at Nando's Jabulani Mall on 2 February 2023 . The 2 meals amounting to a total of R538, consisted of 2 full chickens, 2 large potatoes wedges and 2 large coleslaws. Upon consumption of the meal, we smelt a sour taste in the coleslaw but some of my family members continued to consume it, this resulted in some of us experiencing excruciating stomach cramps and running stomachs from the early hours of the morning right through to the weekend. We have had to purchase over the counter medication at the pharmacy for relief which was an extra expense because of your negligence. I certainly don't call that value for money and I wouldn't recommend anyone to order your coleslaw on any given day. I have complained via Facebook messenger and they called me but I didn't appreciate your investigator constantly trying to insinuate that what we consumed earlier that made us ill. I was told I would receive feedback in 10-15 workings, now that is a long time to resolve a complaint and I find it to be completely unreasonable and totally unsatisfactory customer service.
