Nandos not coming to the party

I have orderded food 2018/09/11 18:07 order number 6273/216302. I received a sms that my food will be delivered at 19:00. From 19:10 I was trying to get hold of someone at Nandos to check where my order was. The order was supposed to come from Nandos Douglasdale. I got hold of someone in complaints at 19:37 who said she will follow-up and call me back. At 19:55 the delivery guy rocked up, very arogant with no appology whatsoever that he is late and still want to charge me the full amount. S-E-R-I-O-U-S-L-Y??? I told him he can take that cold meal and take a hike. I am not paying for such bad service. Ten minutes after the driver left the lady from complaints called me to tell me my food is on the way. Really??? I ordered from Steers and my food was delivered in half an hour's time with a R10 delivery fee. Now that is what you call service. I am very disappointed in Nandos.
