Nando's Norwood Staff are EXTREMELY PETTY

I am extremely upset with what I have just experience at Nando's Norwood. I sat and patiently waited for almost an hour for my food. When I finally asked, the lady at the counter simply answered "We only call your order out once". This is despite seeing me patiently sitting right infront of them as other customers come and go. It was completely unprovoked and I find this extremely petty. I did not have the time or the energy to express frustration as my boss was waiting for their food for so long. I instead apologized and left. In hindsight, I feel very disrespected. I gave them no reason to do that to me, if anything I shared a joke with them hence I was able to wait for so long. The lady who took my order is Lindy and I did not get the lady that practically insinuated it's not her job to follow up on customers who obviously have accidentally missed their orders. Please do something.
