Nandos Northmead Eric

<p>Over the last 10 years i have bought from my local Nandos in Northmead Benoni and over the years recieved GREAT service until recently. Over the last two months the service from the stuff has really been bad for me personally and today's incident has resulted in this compliant. I called and placed the same order i place ussaully, which is a full chicken hot with 3 side and asked them to add extra sauce. This has always been done for me over the last 10years but when i got there it wasn't, i asked them to please add the sauce and the manager Eric refused. Now again over the last two months my request to add extra sauce was not actioned, but atleast when i got and saw it wasn't they were always happy to add it, until today. I was really dissappointed at the refusal from Eric and hope that in future Eric and his current team can learn from the previous management and team who keep a customer for ten years.</p>
