Nandos Newmarket market poor service

have still supported this store since my last complaint and the staff can arrest to this, today after returning from the Free state I visited the drive thru I ordered Mac and cheese and the cashier even asked me the size I wanted and I paid cash went to the front order was ready for collection I handed the staff member the receipt and she stared that the order was incorrectly rung up.Then a guy appears identifies himself as Daniel and tells me to park in one of the parking bays and this tone was off putting,he never apologised,I informed him that I was informed by his staff member that my order was incorrectly imputed he denied this and after some time then admitted it,I stared to him that he is wasting my time so I rather be refunded which he refused,after several requests he then refunded me,I also requested for the receipt to have the order number so I can report it,he refused to provide me with the receipt and I left.

I asked him where the previous store manager was and he laughed and stated he has taken over the store.Please can you guys get your staff in order,it's these little things than make customer irrate and want to support another restaurant.
