Nandos Newlands West pathetic

Newlands West in Durban branch is utterly useless. On 16th Oct we ordered on line and wanted thekerb side pick up. Waited outside for 15 minutes and no delivery. Went in and waited 5 minutes until I could speak to a lady who pointed me to the order lying on the delivery shelves. Pathetic service to say the least. They don't care and this is second time we experienced this at nandos. Learn from other kerb side eateries.
