Nando's Newlands West

Absolutely terrible service from Nando's Newlands West. Order No. 3557. I can't understand why a refund can not be done especially if the cluck up was on the restaurants side. Food has not been delivered 90 minutes after ETA. Spoke with the manager who was not too helpful and did not understand what was happening, especially with the drivers. Why is it always this branch.
